mar 18, 1933 - National Industrial Recovery Act enacted

Description:

This act was enacted in order to stop the falling prices in the industry. During the act, many committee leaders and union leaders came together to set prices, wages, and working hours for the workers. This helped wages rise which the leaders tried to get too. The wages rose but prices also rose along with the wages which did little to achieve the goal they were trying to gwt too.
