HM founds his own company. It would hire highly capable individuals and (in a similar way to either professional athletes or mercenaries) sell their (crimefighting) services across the world. This would not only be potentially profitable, but would also create a global network of extremely dangerous, often superpowered individuals, all acting under the control of HM. Furthermore, it could serve to motivate enhanced persons towards crimefighting, or even increase the number of superbeings created. All of this effort by HM was not merely philanthropic, but also was intended as a defense mechanism against potential threats (namely tEH). As of 2023 no beings capable of going toe-to-toe with tEH have been uncovered, though the operation is still considered successful overall.

HM.inc was also intended to serve as a platform to make hobos public information and monetize actual superhumans in media, though this was ultimately unsuccessful.
