Funded primarily by Confederation of Neutral States . Additional funding comes from France and Germany, but in relatively small amounts.it is a small constructor station, comprised of a habitation module for a small crew and tools, a parts module, and an engineering module with reactor, batteries, and PV arrays. Docking clamps are attached to the hab module, with one articulating arm for near continuous construction. The first task of this constructor was to build another, the number doubling each time a station is built. In total 200 small orbital constructor stations are built, all AI powered with very limited hab space. They then start assembling the colony ships Conestoga and Bab al-Mandab.
