Description:

The use of bronze became very popular during the Shang Dynasty which lead China into the bronze age. The military was very important during the Shang dynasty therefore bronze was used to make weapons, armour, and chariots for battles. Due to this, they became the most advanced militaries at the time. Bronze was also used for ritual vessels for food and wine during ceremonies. But only the wealthy and the powerful owned or used bronze.
