aug 2, 1945 - Potsdam Conference
Description:
The Big Three held the Potsdam Conference following the Yalta Conference in order to finalize a post-war settlement and put into action all the things agreed at Yalta.
This would be the last time the U.S. and Soviet Union would have an alliance before their differing ideas of government would sour relations and increase tensions.
In the end, the three leaders decided to put an end to the Nazi government, start the process of denazification (promote democratic ideas instead of Nazi ideas), and put Nazi war criminals on trial.
