19h 22min, jan 26, 2022 y - Source Of Infection: MD Hypotension/Tachypnea Trigger Note- “events were likely due to sepsis in the setting of recurrence of fevers, hypotension, tachycardia, elevated lactate, and acute rise in white blood cell count… we have little room with volume status as patient remains severely volume overloaded- on exam with + JVD, +2-3 pitting edema to the thighs, weight up >40lbs since admission and net negative >2L today despite IV diuresis. Therefore, we will transfer to the FICU for pressor support”.
