In response to the Intolerable Acts, 12 of 13 delegates met to discuss a plan of action. Delegates affirmed British loyalts however denyed Britian's right to tax colonists. Again petitioning and giving an unltimatum in the Articles of Association-ending Biritsh imports in Dec. of 1774 and ending Colonial exports in Sep. of 1775. NATURAL RIGHTS FOCUS--SOCIAL CONTRACT
