jan 1, 392 - Reunification & Separation of East and West
Description:
Theodosius I again reunified the Roman Empire, but it was the last two years of his life. After he died in 395, the empire was again and permanently split into Eastern and Western halves between his two sons: Arcadius (East) and Honorius (West).
Since the Roman Empire split again, Theodosius I made it his mission to reunify them again, which he did. He then died 2 years later, which made the Empire split again in two with both his sons as leaders of E. and W.
