Using Russian AI Nuclear torpedoes, Colonel Green strikes the Sea of Japan and the Yellow Sea ECON Naval Bases. The blast destroyed 80% of the naval assets intended, and instantly killed about 15,000 sailors and shipyard workers. An estimated 5 million died from tidal waves and fallout.

This attack, while bearing no ownership, made it clear that attacks were being made in ECON territory.
