Private 1st Class Phillip Green, along with his all enlisted 5000 strong "Augment Brigade" volunteer for the new gene treatment. Although not as potent as pure bred augments, Green's Brigade still showed vast improvements in muscle and vital organ growth and function, but the Mental acuity of these Augments, while heightened, were inferior to the ECON Augments. Green was selected to be the CO of this group, and was commissioned as a Colonel after graduating top of his class in multiple Western Power Military schools. He was also the only US citizen to have unilateral permission to break the Geneva Convention during his many operations before, during, and after the Third World War.
