AH EXHIBIT 153 - Text by Depp re drugs, 1/28/13 DEPP11244

Johnny Depp to Stephen Deuters:
"Must procure many, many more from Joel, need them immediately now. It must be acquired, repackaged as vitamin gel caps and put on a fast course."

This text was listed in Amber Heard’s Virginia Exhibit List - 2nd Supplementary but was not brought into US court and therefore not made accessible to the public

HOWEVER:
During the UK Trial three texts from 2012 and 2103 sent by Johnny Depp and mentioning drugs were talked about in Court but not specifically dated. On the basis that if there were other texts about drugs they also would have been talked about THE JDC links these texts with the missing exhibits from the US. The first two - AH Exhibits 151 and 152 are from 2012 and US Exhibit lists offer no further date. However the third, 153 is dated 28 January 2013.

As ever, THE JDC is happy for further information and evidence to be brought to our attention.
