The unpublished Medical Progress Notes appeared on screen during the televised trial - the text is taken from the screen grabs as the Medical Notes were not published or leaked to the public.


I met with Mr. Depp to review our treatment plan and introduce him to his nursing supervisor, Debbie Lloyd, RN. The patient is anxious to begin his program, has given us all of his remaining medications, and agrees to the following plans:

Medications - as listed in previous note.

Monitoring:
Complete lab evaluation next week, including CBC, comprebensive metabolic panel, PSA. H. Pylori titer, testosterone, Glycobemosiobin

Upon return to Los Angeles - EBCT/lung CT/ Upper GI endoscopy /colonoscopy consider full Body scan

Regular drug testing - consequences discussed

Met with the patient's security team, including Jerry, Nathan, and Stephen who agree to stay in dose commumication with me if treatment becomes complicated.

The patient's examination is unchanged. Vital Signs are stable and unchanged from recent evaluation.
