In Bacon's rebellion there were Virginia settlers fighting against the rule of Governor William Berkeley. Bacon did not really succeed because he died and so it ended. Bacon's rebellion caused the ruling class to worry because white and black indentured servants were working together. Eventually the ruling class made the white indentured servants lives a little better, but the black indentured servants had worse lives than before.Added to timeline:
