Description:
On the way to the spring gathering, an ailing Gyda Ylvasdottir passed away. In the hours before her death, she kept speaking to the Banners as if they were those who had long since passed.Her body was carried to the gathering by her granddaughter, to be laid on the pyre as per her final wishes.
In dying before her grandchild, Gyda gave lie to the curse Selka had laid upon her some 25 years past.
