this man was in financial expert leading members of the centre party in the Reichstag he had held any minstrel office before becoming Chancellor in 1930 he also became the longest-serving Chancellor in the Weimar Republic he would later become foreign minister in 1931 but burning would have the nickname of hunger chancellor as he try to cut prizers but other country were not having it so the government was making a loss to prize had to come up which is why he was named hunger chancellor as he was making people go hungry 3
