sep 2, 1919 - Rise of
Hitler
Description:
Political
The rise of Adolf Hitler was the rise of Germany's most remembered dictator. Hitler had a fascist mentalitythat led him to believe that there was a lack of "Racial Purity" and needed to be reastablished. The "impure" included Jewish people, black people, Gypsies, Slavic people, disabled people, homosexual people, mixed people, political opponents, Jehovah's Witnesses, social democrats, communists, and trade unionists. Hitler's distaste for these kinds of people led to The Holocaust. Furthermore, Hitler's beliefs not only affected these people, but the people following him, the Nazis, seeing as he took action as the stock market had just crashed. The rise of Hitler lead many people to develop close-minded and racist mentalities.
