jan 5, 1881 - Transcontenintal railway

Description:

In 1881 there was a designated railway that would have been made by Sir John A Macdonald. The railway was named the Transcontinental Railway. This railway was going to unite British Columbia with Ontario. This resulted in many deaths due to the fact that the railway was going through a mountain.
