another parliament dispute would be the one involving Thomas Shirley where he was up to rest which a lot of MP didn't like so they tried to set the parliamentary privilege rule freedom of arrest whilst parliament was sitting but in this case of treason it did not work as Shirley would be thrown into the owner of London until soon released
