Description:

Organized its conference to coincide with the Karachi congress. Members took what they thought to be a charred remnant o Bhagat Singh in procession through Karachi, claiming it showed evidence of mutilation. Presided over by Subhas Chandra Bose. Instead of leading a breakaway action from Congress, as many had anticipated, Bose called for restraint, in the name of unity.
