Something that the people learned from the Black Death is how to stop and prevent future pandemics and viruses. Hygiene plays a big part when there is viruses going on so it was important to wash your hands and body, but when the Black Death was happening they didn't have the convenience of running water so it was very easy for it to spread. The crowded cities were full of the disease so it spread rapidly killing millions. They had a very bad medicine system so it was very hard to cure.
