The ‘Pirates of the Carribean’ star sat down for a deposition in the case and answered questions about the altercation. Brook’s attorney questioned the actor for several hours about what exactly transpired.
Rocky Brooks sued Depp claiming the actor punched him after arguing over filming hours, and location. Johnny responded to the lawsuit by claiming Brooks was being disrespectful to a homeless woman on the set, and he simply intervened.
