james is shocked and asks him how he knew that, and wiliam tells him that everyone knew, it was the worst kept secret in the country. he pulls one of the flyers out of his pocket and asks if it's true that he's charlie's real dad, and james punches him in the face
wiliam keeps laughing at him and says that he punches like his (wiliam's) father does, and if the duke is just as soft-handed as to make a pussy like him

wiliam's frustrations and anger are all just coming out now
james leaves and he goes to see kano in prison only to realise he's not there, so he goes the only place he can think of (knowing so maybe bc maire accidentally brought it up): sika's autopsy room
he goes there and sees kano awake but still with some black veins, and he gets hot red angry and starts punching him until sika rushes in and pulls him away, all the while james is screaming at him that he'll kill him for what he did to andie
