Description:

The main terms of the act were that all males over 2, women over 30, servicemen over the age of 19 could all vote, constituencies were made approximately equal in the number of votes (around 70,000), the number of seats in the commons increased from 610 to 707, all voting was to take place on one ay and consciountious injects had their right to vote taken away for 5 years after the War.
