Viktor Vojdomović, having read the Richards-Foster paper on W-Theory, visits the scientists at the Future Foundation while in New York for a speech at the opening of the UN. Cho gives Vojdomović a full tour of the facility, as Vojdomović indicated he is interested in opening a similar facility, to aid Latveria's development. After meeting Reed, he becomes single minded in making his own way into the Quantum Realm.
