WASHINGTON, Dec. 10. — The phenomenal rise of the Bankers' Trust Company of New York in the financial world through a "voting trust" of three men closely identified with the Morgan interests to the control of $168,000,000 of deposits was developed by the Pujo Money Trust Committee to-day by the testimony of Walter E. Frew, a Director in that institution.
