A military outpost is established in the mountains of southeast Netheril. The outpost is so well defended that it outlasts the fall of the Empire. Though not its official name, (a name which, in Loross, roughly translates to "All-Seeing Master of Lightning,") the soldiers stationed there colloquially refer to the post as "Blister" due to the difficult life they lead.
