Description:

Henry II of France sent 4000 troops to Scotland as part of renewing an Anglo-Scottish alliance. Somerset intervenes with both a land and naval invasion using 16000 men and 4000 more cavalry with 80 ships. A further 2500 strong army marched into Scotland in the west.
