FROM THE DAILY MAIL:As a pirate, Captain Jack Sparrow is constantly battling with the law, but this time it seems Queensland Police might have finally caught up with the swashbuckling buccaneer.
Three uniformed officers took some time out of duty on Wednesday to snap a selfie with Pirates Of The Caribbean star Johnny Depp, who was in full costume, complete with wig, plaited beard, head scarf and ragged shirts - but there was no bottle of his favourite rum in sight.
'Here's Johnny! A potential new Water Police recruit? Thanks for the selfie #JohnnyDepp,' the caption read on the snap on QPS's Facebook.
