Description:

Mokirva bought the Oipientian Nĩãñiv Territory for 26 Oipientian inyders per square mile. The reason as to why Oipienta sold the land was because they needed more money for building factories in the new Oipientian lands gained from the Great Merrician War.

The Nĩãñiv Territory Purchase is what started the Liopon Channel Conflict.
