Jessica Ahlquist filed a lawsuit against her school to remove a religious prayer that was hanging on the auditorium wall. She claimed it forced religion onto kids and violated Jefferson's Wall between church and outside life.The district court judge ruled that the banner was a violation of the Establishment Clause in the First Amendment which prevents any position of power to force religion onto its people.
