The Tepra tribes in Southern Armaida unify under the leadership of Chieftain Crisqel. The capital city Waostun is established on Waoses Tun, a Mesa in the midst of the Armaida Steppes and an amazing defensive position that would establish the Waosi as undefeatable rulers of the Steppes.
