At the bottom of your email of 22 November 2013 you write, ‘Not to be a pain, but it is going to be important very soon to nail down very specific specific dates. April 1-ish for Houdini, then Lynch. We must confirm August-September for Alice 2, and November for with P5 or another picture. We really must run like clockwork to make all these movies work, and the financials work that we were all trying to solidify’ Do you see that?

TJ: Yes
Q: OK. And do you recall at this point in time in November 2013, you were working with Christi and jake, in particular, to line up pictures for Johnny to do over the next several months?
TJ: Yes
Q: OK. And it appears - and correct me if I’m wrong - but it appears that you were trying to set up
TJ: Yes
Q: And do you recall when was Pirates Five filmed, approximately? Was that..
TJ: 2015 I believe
Q: Right, OK. And then in response to your email that we just looked at, Christi writes back, ‘Fully aware. We talked about the proposed year a bunch. I got it’. Do you see that?
TJ: Yes
Q: Again, and does this correspond with you recollection that Christi was, you know, involved in these conversation?
TJ: Yes
