These photographs emerged in ‘The Frappening’ in September 2014. Amber Heard claimed her i-cloud had been hacked resulting in numerous personal nude photos and videos being leaked. Most are more explicit ‘XXX’ rated so will not be posted on THE JDC but are still online for anyone of a curious nature.

These photographs provide an indication of Amber Heard’s mindset. We are not aware of any evidence that these photos were ever sent to Johnny Depp but equally, it is obvious they were created for his attention: therefore there is no reason to assume they were not sent or at least shown to him in some format.

UK: These photographs and others that emerged in The Frappening were not entered into UK evidence and were not discussed in Court other than a brief reference to their existence in the context of the ALTERCATION that occurred upon the news of The Frappening in September 2014.

US VA: These photographs were not mentioned in US Court nor entered into evidence. At one point during a Pre-Trial Hearing there was discussion of naked photos of Amber Heard being brought into evidence by Team Depp to disprove her claims - that could have been to show no injuries or to demonstrate no fear and that she was the pursuer of the relationship sending pornographic style photographs and videos to Johnny Depp long after she claims the abuse began. In the event Team Depp did not bring the photos into evidence.

THE JDC finds it incredible that Amber Heard created these photos and others of a far more explicit nature specifically for Johnny Depp AFTER she alleged acts of domestic violence the previous month. It is also interesting that Amber Heard joined SHIELD to stop non-consensual sharing of nude photos… something to hide?

THE TIMING: Two days after The Rolling Stones concert - the media was buzzing with news of them being seen together AND holding hands PLUS a story about Johnny building her a bar on his island viral. Johnny Depp as ever, had a busy few months ahead with filming Transcendence followed by the media commitments and promotional tour for The Lone Ranger. On the other hand Amber Heard seems to have had few commitments until London Fields in September 2013.
