Amber Heard’s sister Whitney was of the opinion that she could see a spilt lip. However it is known and well recorded that Amber Heard has a habit of picking or biting her lips and there are many photos taken before and after her relationship with Johnny Depp showing dry, flaking and cracked lips.

Furthermore THE JDC is aware of several experts pointing out that Amber Heard has had lip plumping procedures (probably injectables) especially to the lower lip to counter an overbite. In a face without make-up and especially lipstick it is common for such enchanted lips to look swollen and may even hold marking of the injection sites.
