From Amber Heard’s UK Witness Statement 6 (dated 4 July 2020): Johnny’s cocaine in the bathroom at 80 Sweetzer on 8 March 2013.

Photo allegedly taken at Johnny’s Sweetzer home in the bathroom on a marble counter top purporting to show cocaine.

Johnny Depp said in court: ‘I do not recognise this kitchen top’ …’ I would wonder if it were mine. I would wonder why it is photographed’ …. ‘I recognise that those appear to be lines of cocaine. I see a straw, a little bindle and I see clearly my credit card.’ (UK Court Day 2)

The question is why? Why was this photograph taken? This is not evidence that Johnny Depp hit Amber Heard - it is evidence that Amber heard was collecting potentially incriminating photographic evidence against Johnny Depp. That said there is nothing other than her word that the counter top is in fact located in the bathroom at 80 Sweetzer - an important point as Johnny Depp did not recognise it.

From UK Court Transcript Day 13:

QC Wass: This is exactly what I was going to ask you, what they were, Looking as the one that is F894.261A we see on the metadata which forms part of that image that this was a photograph with an image date March 8th 2013. and you were about to answer my question. Where was this taken?

AH: The bathroom at Johnny’s home

JUDGE Nicol: Just a minute. The bathroom in Johnny’s home.

AH: To be specific, the Sweetzer home, to be more more specific, the house we called 80.

QC Wass: That is enough to tell us.
