One of the main causes of conflict at the beginning of The Troubles was Mamba's impulsiveness and exclusion of the HQ in decision-making processes. This was also one of the reasons Flapjack left. After Flapjack had left Mamba did a complete 180° turn on his policy of including others in his decision-making processes. Instead of mostly making decisions on his own he started oversharing responsibility. The moderators became intimately involved in most of the 8thLR’s decision making processes. This caused issues trying to get motions officially passed and solutions implemented. Instead of getting things done the decision-making processes ground to a halt.

It went from complaints of a one man dictatorship, to a democracy that nothing got done in.
