BC: Have you ever heard of a Cross Creek Pictures?

TJ: Yep. Yes. They were involved in the financing of this movie before it was set up at Warner Bros. And actually - oh, Adam Kassan. I don’t remember him.

BC: So it appears in the email at the bottom of this page, that Mr Kassan is stating Johnny Depp is committed to acting in the film ‘Black Mass’ playing the role of Whitey Bulger, and then you are - are you disagreeing with that?

TJ: No. What this is all about is they want to make a press release in Berlin and this is what they suggested doing. You don’t see my response to this because I think my response is before they announce a film, that I wanted to speak to Jake and Michael about this. I didn’t want to give my permission to just making some press release.

BC: Gotcha

TJ: Not with a star of Johnny Depp’s stature.
