Dearest Elton,

A fucking 100 days of clarity for an old reprobate twat like me. No one would ever have believed it possible, but a very select few, most importantly you, so today I am fucking celebrating you.

Your love, understanding and complete dedication to the curing of my poisoned wet brain and liver resembling Mrs. Thatcher has been, alongside the birth of my children, the most lovely and most important thing that has ever happened to me in all of my 48 years. It is impossible for me to fathom how you are able to juggle your quite large life and work whilst keeping me afloat on a dreadful sea of confusion. Hellish personal life, fucked brain, hurt heart and internal savagery against myself.
I would have been swallowed up by the monster were it not for you. That is a simple fact.

One day at a time at the beginning felt far more like one step at a time, a foot forward.
