In August of 1936, Hitler hosted the Nazi Olympics in Berlin. In the weeks prior to the Olympics, Germany tried to cover up all of the Nazi propaganda so the people visiting for the event wouldn't suspect anything. However, pretty much the entire world knew what was going on in Germany. Many countries had a boycott for the Nazi Olympics.
