FRACTIONS CATHOLICS
-these catholics were far from quiet, making roits and killing protestants also not paying the tax for not attending the church being proud of their religion they spread the word loudly.these Catholics would James's problem more the Threat to his life and power so he kept this terminology for it to be easier to show who was the target to control the catholics more.
