Description:

The O&C Railroad, or Oregon And California Railroad, was established in 1866 when congress established a Lang grant to promote rapid completion of a railroad line connecting Oregon and California. These lands contain more than 2.4 Million acres of forest.

Effect on Oregon Forestry:
Through the railroad, traveling from Oregon to California, or vice versa, would be a lot easier. This railroad would prevent many deaths due to the harsh travel to California.
The railroad would also bring more money to Oregon!
