Description:
Philip attempted to destroyed the Protestants in Netherlands, which led to the angry Dutch swept through Catholic. Philip ordered the duke to execute the Protestants and suspected rebels.
The conflicts resulted a war between Spain and Netherlands lasted for 11 years and in 1579' the seven northern provinces of Netherlands declared independence from Spain. (United Province of the Netherlands)
