The first cases of COVID19 are reported in Wuhan, China. This was the beginning of a pandemic, which was a very important advancement in disease research since many restrictions were put in place, including lockdowns, masks, social distancing, quarantine, isolation, distance learning and more. It also led to scientists developing the Astra-Zeneca, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
