Restrictions of offender to home except when at work, school or treatment. Used in conjunction with ISP. This would be also called house arrest. An example of crimes or offenders for this punishment would be juveniles and some non violent crimes such as property crimes that would not necessary warrant jail time. Almost any juvenile offense could see an offender in this punishment coupled with other ISP resources due to the need to try an keep juveniles in school and away from institutionalization of jails.
