BEN KING: During my employment with Mr Depp and Ms Heard in Australia, Ms Heard instructed me to take her and Mr Depp's dogs to a local groomer to be cared for over a weekend whilst they travelled. Over this weekend, the grooming staff posted a number of photographs of the dogs online. The publication of the dogs' presence in Australia alerted the authorities to the fact that Ms Heard had illegally smuggled the dogs into the country. In the immediate aftermath, Ms Heard complained about me to Mr Depp, who separately took me aside and told me that I had done nothing wrong and not to worry about this.

This photograph first appeared on 11 May 2015. It could be Johnny Depp leaving for a weekend away or returning. A photo of the same place was posted on 8 May by Malcolm Connolly so, the weekend away was possibly Friday 7 May until perhaps 11 May 2015 as Johnny Depp was back on set on 12 May 2015. It also appears that Johnny Depp and his team are happy to have photos taken but often request they are not posted until a day or so later when they have left the area.
