Hammurabi was a king of justice and the code of Hammurabi was a legal code he made. The picture on it suggests that Hammurabi is but a pious theocrat while the god(Shamsh) is the real one making the laws. Showed family life, points of tension, and views on agriculture in Babylonia. Made out of Basalt and made in Susian. (modern day Iran)
