Made by the artist Korin. These things were made to divide rooms. The painting is abstract and realistic at the same time. The trees were drawn realistically, the swirling river is made to look the flowing of a river, and the gold leaf in the background gives the whole piece and ethereal glow. Rimpa was the school that came into existence based on Korin. Made out of ink, watercolor, and gold leaf.
