I called your office and requested to speak to you as well as to Samantha Klein. I was directed to each of your respective voicemails. I then asked to speak to your assistant Linda Bigbee and, in turn, received her voicemail as well.
Thus, as a follow up to my voicemail message left for you this morning at 9:45 am, I am confirming I have provided you with ex parte notice that we will be appearing on behalf of Amber Dep tomorrow, May 27, 2016 at 8:30 am in Dept. 6 of the Los Angeles Superior Court located at 111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, before the Honorable Carl H. Moor, on an ex parte application to seeks a DV CLETS TRO order against Johnny Depp which will include requests for (1) pendente lite spousal support payable by Johnny to Amber; (2) Amber's exclusive use and possession of the 849 S. Broadway residence; (3) exclusive use and possession of the black Range Rover vehicle which Amber is currently driving; (4) Amber's exclusive possession of the dogs, Pistol and Boo; and (5) a contributive payment by Johnny for Amber's attorney fees and accounting costs.
