Robert Carr was probably the most famous boyfriend and companion that James had they met in a barn whilst Roberts broke his leg from a riding accident I'm James nursed him back to health this is where the connexion grew in 1614 carr was appointed the position of Lord Chamberlain Robert Carr murdered a person and James had to cover it up from his tracks also Robert Carr then poisoned a person in the Tower of London as well with it resorting to four innocent people being hanged to hide it James knew that it would be too dangerous to keep the relationship so he left him.
