Description:
Irwin accepted:
- all political prisoners not convicted for violence were to be released
- remission of all fines not collected
- return of all land not sold to 3rd party
- government employees who had resigned were given leniency
- right to make salt for personal consumption but not for sale
Irwin refused :
- public inquiry into police excesses
- no decision of commutation of the death penalty of Bhagat Singh
Gandhi accepted:
- to suspend CDM
- to participate in next Round table conference
